KLM Dashboard
Designed and developed the Salesforce Marketing Cloud dashboard for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines using CloudPages.
KLM Dash is a dashboard that allows the marketing team to view the latest sending status, check and edit fares for upcoming newsletters, view header layouts for dynamic emails for all available destinations, and view and edit translations.
The solution is built within Salesforce CloudPages and is accessible with a custom login that does not affect user licenses. It is developed with AMPscript, server-side JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and Automations.io.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Migration of a Global Kitchen Appliances Brand
Migrated successfully the well-known kitchen appliances brand's marketing automation structure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
The comprehensive integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud started on an enterprise-level account. This involved setting up the Sender Authentication Package (SAP), establishing data flows, designing customer journeys, creating campaigns, and adapting Einstein features.
Rapsodo's Migration to Iterable
Managed the migration of Rapsodo's B2B and B2C data structures, email campaigns, and flows from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Iterable.
Rapsodo is a US-based company producing baseball, softball, and golf products, and they wanted to migrate from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Iterable.
While managing the migration and maintaining the existing data, I also improved the campaign logic by adding more personalized and structural changes.
Marketing Automation Management for PadSplit
Increased email interaction and return on investment by starting personalized campaigns.
I started the project by implementing a product catalog for different rooms available on the platform. I created tens of automated campaigns and funnels to send personalized messages that match potential members’ criteria with accurate timing. I also conducted multivariate testing.
