Wunderflats created the “Helping Walls” (Helfende Waende) housing platform to connect homeowners in Germany with refugees in need of temporary housing solutions. I managed web content production with specialized UX needs and an organic campaign to launch the initiative.

Educational App Content Development

Spearheaded content production for the launch of Tido Music, a music learning app, achieving 100,000 downloads in the US, European, and Asian markets.

Tido Music is a music learning platform for pianists and singers, featuring rich content with masterclasses, audio and video performances, and musical notation. I developed in-house digital media production facilities, including:

• Streamlined the audio and video content production process from budgeting and pre-production to validation and delivery.
• Coordinated a team of four in-house members and 20 external contributors.
• Implemented a scalable digital asset management system, ensuring accessibility and security.

Record Label Launch Campaign
