When I arrived at AffinityX, marketing wasn’t built for sales. Output averaged just 4.2 projects per week, the website was outdated, social was dormant, and relationships with sales and key media clients were strained. I was tasked with rebuilding marketing from the ground up. The first priority was restoring credibility. Sales went to market without consistent enablement materials, and marketing operated reactively with no pipeline or SLAs. I needed to build credibility across six complex verticals while supporting nearly 40 trade shows.

I built the marketing engine from scratch. I developed 6 comprehensive industry marketing plans, each spanning 50+ pages, across healthcare, oil and gas, water, power, telecom, and public sector, turning complex AI capabilities into clear value propositions for each vertical. I partnered directly with sales to craft AI-focused narratives, executive decks, and RFP materials for complex multi-stakeholder deals. I implemented Wrike for project management, built a unified marketing pipeline, defined marketing SLAs, and launched DAM 2.0 to create scalable, repeatable execution across a global team.
