Lifecycle Marketing Strategy & Email Marketing for a Nationally Recognized Nonprofit

The client had a new offering that substantially differed from their existing offerings. We needed to convince their existing users to adopt and onboard onto this new program.

We launched a high-performing lifecycle marketing program that encouraged adoption of this new program.

This lifecycle marketing program successfully encouraged mass adoption, signups, and onboarding onto this new offering.

Marketing Automation & CRM Implementation

The client’s CRM was badly disorganized, requiring a massive overhaul of its structure.

I redesigned their CRM, implemented several new automations to ensure future data cleanliness, launched campaigns and automations to help them reach their target customers, and consulted on email copy to ensure their emails were as persuasive as possible.

I transformed the CRM into a relevant, usable system that connected with the right person at the right time. Email deliverability was massively improved, and automations minimized the manual work required to maintain it.

CRM Coordination for an International Subscription-based Streaming Service

  • 40+ — Campaigns Launched Monthly

An international streaming service needed to send a large volume of campaigns, but they didn’t have the manpower to build, design, QA, and launch campaigns across an omnichannel lifecycle marketing program that included emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS.

I embedded with a team of employees to join them for 40 hours a week. I built, quality-assured, and launched as many as 40 campaigns a month, working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and engineering teams.

This lifecycle marketing program improved with data from A/B and multivariate tests.
