TrueID Creator Studio is a flagship product by True Digital Group, initiated as a corporate innovation project to mimic a startup environment for early-stage product validation and development, with plans to reintegrate into TrueID’s broader digital ecosystem.

As product lead, I oversaw the platform’s growth, scaling it to over 8 million monthly active users and 27 million page views. The platform attracted more than 700,000 active creators, contributing user-generated content for TrueID and brand partners at scale. I focused on data-driven product strategy, implementing features that enhanced user retention, optimized onboarding flows, and improved content submission processes.

Integrating the AI-powered AutoMod module reduced human moderation time by 24%, improving operational efficiency. TrueID Creator Studio grew into a leader in user-generated content, driving significant engagement and revenue growth for TrueID.

This project focused on commercializing machine learning models built on True and CP Group’s extensive data lakes. As the leader of the AI strategy for TrueID, I directed the development and integration of AI-powered recommendation engines that personalized user experiences across various content types, including influencer videos, live streams, and entertainment clips.

We enhanced content discovery and engagement by implementing AI-driven personalization, improving user retention. My role involved overseeing the commercialization process, ensuring scalability, and aligning the AI strategy with TrueID’s broader digital ecosystem. This approach allowed us to provide more relevant content to users, fostering a deeper connection between the platform and its audience.

As part of the audit for LEMONAIDE Group, a CP Group-backed startup, I led an in-depth evaluation of their dealer management system. I focused on identifying friction points in the user journey, optimizing conversion funnels, and ensuring alignment between the product’s features and business goals.

I also reviewed the team structure, assessing how the organization supported the product’s development and scalability. Through data-driven insights and CRO techniques, I provided recommendations to enhance the user experience and improve overall product performance. This audit resulted in a clear action plan prioritizing key improvements in the product roadmap, technical infrastructure, and security compliance, setting the foundation for scalable growth.

Time Doctor is a leading time-tracking and productivity platform for remote and co-located teams. As head of product, I led the platform’s strategic direction, identifying critical business challenges and driving the product’s evolution. I spearheaded the launch of Time Doctor 2.0, a significant rewrite of the desktop app that introduced extensive improvements based on user feedback and market demands.

My role involved collaborating closely with engineers, designers, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure the product’s success. I scaled the product team from 30 to over 80 members, founded and grew the UX and growth teams, and played a pivotal role in expanding the platform into new international markets. Through a data-driven approach to product development and user engagement, I helped drive significant growth and doubled the company’s annual recurring revenue (ARR).

As creative director for KTB Shop Smart, I focused on optimizing Krungthai Bank’s debit card rewards and discount platform by analyzing user behavior and addressing key drop-off points. Collaborating closely with design and development teams, I streamlined user flows and enhanced the user journey, leading to significant improvements in customer satisfaction and digital adoption. The project emphasized simplifying the interface and creating a user-friendly experience tailored to the needs of the platform’s target audience, driving measurable increases in engagement and conversion rates.

As product lead for Save the Date, I led the development of a charity-driven eCommerce platform that served as an event ticketing and two-sided marketplace. The platform allowed users to create digital event invitations tied to charitable donations, connecting event organizers with charitable organizations. Working closely with the client and creative team, I ensured the platform aligned with business goals while improving user flows and payment integrations to enhance functionality and engagement. By delivering a mobile-responsive platform with a clear and user-friendly interface, the project achieved measurable improvements in user participation and donation rates. This role demonstrates my ability to define product strategies, manage multi-stakeholder platforms, and deliver eCommerce solutions that address both user and business needs.

As product lead at Tradegood, an Intertek startup venture, I directed the development and strategy of a global sourcing platform while managing a cross-functional team across Hong Kong, mainland China, and Bangkok. The platform facilitated connections between buyers and suppliers, enhancing trust through onsite profile verification and improving supply chain transparency. By optimising user experience design and streamlining workflows, the project significantly increased efficiency in global trade and strengthened partnerships within the supply chain. This role highlights my ability to lead distributed teams, align product strategies with business goals, and deliver innovative solutions in the eCommerce and supply chain domain.
