Paddy Power New Platform
Led the product team that delivered a new platform for the Paddy Power Online Casino and Live Casino brand.
In 2018, Paddy Power launched its new products, aimed at their customers, including a new online casino and live casino. The product is available on multiple channels via web and mobile apps. After the releases, we saw an increase of around 45% in customer activity and revenue.
Product Overhaul for Betfair Spain
Led the product team that designed and delivered an improved gaming product for Betfair Spain—bringing about a 110% uplift.
I reviewed the product journeys and delivered a simplified product that addressed top customer pain points.
eCommerce Sport Supplements Shop

We migrated 30,000 customers to a new eCommerce platform and also we delivered a new responsive front-end experience. I also identified and mapped the back-office operational processes and creates specs for the ERP integration.

I led the brand proposition, design guidelines, and product requirements for the new eCommerce shop while thinking on how we can integrate it with the company’s ERP.
