- Paddy Power New PlatformLed the product team that delivered a new platform for the Paddy Power Online Casino and Live Casino brand.
In 2018, Paddy Power launched its new products, aimed at their customers, including a new online casino and live casino. The product is available on multiple channels via web and mobile apps. After the releases, we saw an increase of around 45% in customer activity and revenue.
- Product Overhaul for Betfair SpainLed the product team that designed and delivered an improved gaming product for Betfair Spain—bringing about a 110% uplift.
I reviewed the product journeys and delivered a simplified product that addressed top customer pain points.
- eCommerce Sport Supplements ShopLaunched a new eCommerce experience for the biggest supplement brand in Romania.
I led the product requirements and the product implementation for the entire shop, back-office, and ERP integration.
- New eCommerce Shop for the Biggest Romanian Underwear BrandLed the product design, product management, and delivery team to launch a new shop and migrated it to Magento from Prestashop
We migrated 30,000 customers to a new eCommerce platform and also we delivered a new responsive front-end experience. I also identified and mapped the back-office operational processes and creates specs for the ERP integration.

I led the brand proposition, design guidelines, and product requirements for the new eCommerce shop while thinking on how we can integrate it with the company's ERP.
- PPB New Gaming ProductsLed the product development, then launched them across two brands and five jurisdictions—delivering a revenue growth of 20%.
The new products—which were the fastest gaming products in the market—were built on a scalable platform that could host multiple brands and markets and also provided a fast entry into new markets.
