The Pinakothek der Moderne is one of the greatest collectors of artworks in Europe. With a design and development team, we replaced their audio guides with an app MVP based on a new walk concept. I scoped the MVP based on budget and time constraints and created a backlog for features I discussed with the client.

To ensure the highest quality of our customers’ identity data, I led the integration of IDnow’s AutoIdent on my client’s platform. IDnow’s AI-powered ID verification allows us to verify our customer’s identities within minutes, ensuring they are the person they claim to be. Previously, no proper verification of this kind of user data was conducted.

The integration contains:
-Design of new user flows, including additional user guidance and error handling.
-API to IDnow to create cases and receive results.
-Creation of a new blockchain report document containing verification results.
-Display of verification results in the customer’s profile.
-Briefing of the operations team to troubleshoot and manage customer questions.

The new ID verification service has opened up a new revenue stream and convinced B2B customers to choose our services.

My client is offering document verification as a service to B2B customers who want to verify their employees or applicants. As the previous B2B product was too stiff to meet the customers’ needs, a year-long redesign of the B2B product ensured customer satisfaction and attractiveness for new clients. The new solution allowed the B2B customers to customize their own verification packages, invite employees and customers to verify their documents, and receive the verification results.

The redesign included:

-Flexible bundling of different products and services into client packages.
-Flexible pricing of products and services based on client settings (amount of payment, paying user).
-Inclusion of different payment options: Upfront, on-demand, on account.
-Option to customize the look and feel of client packages.
-Feature to invite employees and applicants to start the pre-selected verification of documents.
-Improved user experience within B2C and B2B accounts.
-Option to manage processes via API from common HR platforms.

As my client had launched a new job platform, the operations processes for the following tasks needed to be designed:

-Reviewing applications
-Collecting missing information
-Following up with applicants
-Submitting applications to recruiters

The built solution ensures full flexibility regarding the number of job ads, change of job requirements, number of applications per applicant, and the number of team members working on incoming applications. The recruiters can access real-time applicant data allowing for quick turnaround times and feedback loops.

As a product manager, I ensured that the current product and new features met GDPR requirements. I collaborated with my client’s lawyers to ensure compliance. The yearly reviews by external audit teams have all been passed without issue.
