PPF | Yettel Telecom
Worked on product backlog management, program increment (PI), and sprint planning. Took business solution sessions with clients to understand the requirements, enabling E2E solutions and design ownership for business needs.
Yettel, a part of the PPF Telecom Group, is a leading telecommunications operator offering innovative mobile, fixed, and TV services to customers in Hungary, Bulgaria, and Serbia. By the end of 2023, Yettel served 10 million customers and maintained top positions in brand and network perception across Southeastern Europe.
I contributed to the development of the web application designed to deliver these services to users in Bulgaria, Serbia, and Hungary. The app was hosted on AWS and built using Python, Google Voice Assistant, and AWS Forecast and Prediction AI engines, which supported functionalities such as purchase lists.
TOTSCo UK
Led the design and solution from the product management perspective and delivered the product within stringent timelines.
Established by the industry in June 2022, TOTSCo is an organization owned by its members and driven by a common goal: to develop and operate a messaging platform, the TOTSCo Hub, that will make one-touch switching for residential fixed-voice and broadband customers possible.
I ideated and designed a ‘customer-onboarding app’ to simplify this using Blue Marble products. The app included features like customer demographic details, customer bill cycle preference voice-based search, volume-dependent rates, and historical rate trends. I hired and led a team of 35 to build the app for customers and sales executives, including the support team.
Using the app, RCPs could onboard themselves and easily make switching requests at lower costs.
Connecture | Medicare
https://www.connecture.com/Worked on market research on Medicare health plans. Collaborated with design scrum teams to rebuild the web page and add the recommendation engine logic for Medicare beneficiaries.
ConnectureDRX is a software company specializing in SaaS and API solutions for health plans, serving large multicarrier organizations, financial services firms, small-to-medium insurance agencies, and pharmacy benefit managers.
I designed an integrated application that offers beneficiaries personalized health plan recommendations based on their lifestyle and health conditions. Additionally, I developed an agent portal where agents can search for health plans on behalf of their clients. This solution enables users to select health plans tailored to their health needs and budget.
The app, built using Python (Flask framework) and hosted on AWS, incorporated a recommendation engine powered by AIML. It also utilized Google Voice Assistant and AWS Forecast and Prediction AI engines for functionalities related to purchase lists.
