Project History
eCommerce Implementation for Telekom Serbia Group
Spearheaded a complete discovery process and delivery of an eCommerce portal for telco operators in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro.
The telco industry brings enormous complexity to eCommerce in terms of a very diversified portfolio of services, devices, and bundles. Implementation was done in three huge regional operators with a significant market share in their countries. Enabling fully integrated end-to-end online sales of mobile prepaid and postpaid tariff plans and associated devices, as well as bundles of landline, mobile telephony, internet, and television services, was an enormous success. Portals were integrated with the internal stocks, billing systems, payment gateways, top-up systems, etc.
Self-care Portal and Mobile App Implementation for Telekom Serbia Group
Headed a complete discovery process and delivery of a self-care web portal and iOS and Android mobile apps for telco operators in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro.
This implementation was done for three giant regional operators with a significant market share in their countries. Implementing self-care portals and mobile apps in the telco industry requires complex integrations with internal systems, such as ERP, billing, CRM, and others. Enabling users to manage their services by themselves and pay monthly bills online brought significant value to customers and decreased the workload on call centers and shops.
Origami eCommerce Platform
Led the development of an in-house eCommerce platform containing retail and telco modules.
This platform was successfully used by the main telco and cable operators in the Balkans and was a foundation for an online shopping mall. It was integrated with internal systems within telco operators’ software ecosystem, as well as with various payment gateways and with a leading national delivery carrier.
SaaS Product Development
Oversaw the design and development of a SaaS product that greatly impacts clinical trials by improving patients' experience.
I managed the development of a product from its beginning and throughout the following lifecycle stages by ensuring that it complied with all global regulations and that patients included in the clinical trials were treated with respect.
Agile Transformation Within a Product Management Department
Headed a successful transformation of a product management department in collaboration with an agile coach by introducing new product management practices aligned with the Scrum framework and continuous mentoring and coaching product owners.
When the company initiated a strategic Agile transformation, I was involved in spreading and aligning new product management and ownership practices with new Scrum processes. In collaboration with the agile coach and other internal stakeholders, I increased the adoption of the Agile methodology by embedding product ownership within newly formed cross-functional teams.
