The Masters of Scale podcast (with Linked-in's Founder Reid Hoffman) is downloaded 20 million times per month and comes with a companion app that delivers the content in a course structure. The first version of the app was released in 2021. The product was essentially a prototype with unappealing acquisition, retention, and conversion statistics when I was involved.
