Rental System for a Motorbike Company
Led the design, implementation, and launch of a custom low-code CRM and rental management system.
Zippy Motorbikes is the leading motorbike rental company in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and it needed a custom system to manage its business. I worked with the company’s leadership to identify core functionality and then was responsible for implementing the system end-to-end using a low-code tool to launch.
MyCADD Customer Portal
Engaged in a greenfield role, which involved building the product strategy and roadmap from the ground up within a mature organization that previously focused solely on software reselling.
CADD Microsystems is a platinum reseller of software for the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. They wanted to modernize their client experience by launching a digital platform that would allow clients to manage their accounts with them online while also enabling staff to better serve customers by centralizing data and UX within a single digital property.
As the initial PM hired on this project, I handled the full product lifecycle, from inception and early executive buy-in to launch and customer onboarding. The project was delivered on time and within scope—immediately improving client satisfaction by giving them a new channel for interaction with CADD.
Online Ordering Vendor Coupon Integration
Led the creation of partnerships with online ordering vendors to support the redemption of coupons through their platforms.
Fishbowl has a leading cloud-based coupon redemption service that is deeply integrated with client point-of-sale systems. With the sudden uptick in the need for online takeout and delivery ordering in early 2020, I was responsible for leading the effort to integrate our system with a half dozen leading online ordering vendors. We launched an MVP within two months and supported over a million redemptions within six months.
