To maximize efficiency and results, I proposed and implemented a structured workflow dividing the team into three roles: researcher, pitcher, and closer. I oversaw the coordination between these roles, ensuring that researchers delivered well-qualified leads, pitchers engaged prospects effectively, and closers converted opportunities into deals. This approach streamlined the sales process, improved lead quality, and allowed team members to focus on their strengths.
