GTM and Market Penetration for APAC

Achieved $2.4 million in pipeline generation and closed deals totaling $2.2 million.

The existing competitor utilization was extensive and needed conversion. Prospects required education on the product’s value. The product’s high price necessitated showcasing savings potential through return-on-investment (ROI) analysis. I executed numerous outbound campaigns, events, round tables, demonstrations, and proof of concepts (POCs).

Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance Penetration

Managed to close a $2.5 million deal for the bank, which was operating on an open-source database.

In this project, the challenge was leveraging an established Oracle database with deep integration while maintaining cost-effectiveness and meeting strict specifications and standards. I offered seamless integration that provided 70% savings compared to Oracle.

Australia and New Zealand Data Center

Achieved regional coverage and gained recognition as a client champion for global coverage.

The challenge in this project was to ensure seamless coverage with minimal downtime in the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) and Pacific Island regions. I placed local stocks and engines within 24 hours of the data center sites and provided end-of-life support for hardware.
