I built the growth system behind Harrier Trail Running’s move from organic-only growth to a full-funnel DTC revenue engine. The brand had strong demand and a loyal community, but growth was capped by weak acquisition infrastructure, broken tracking, fragmented Merchant Center setup, disconnected lifecycle flows, and aging fulfillment operations.
I rebuilt the stack across Google Ads, Shopping, Meta, Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, GTM, Merchant Center, Conversions API, and Zendbox. The work restored attribution, launched paid social, rebuilt shopping, automated product feeds, fixed lifecycle entry points, migrated fulfillment, and turned acquisition into a compounding system. Merna For Shipping was a mid-sized logistics company struggling to generate qualified leads in a competitive market. Their paid campaigns lacked precision, and previous outreach was not bringing in enough new business.
Sami built a dual acquisition motion combining paid ads with account-based outbound. The campaign used LinkedIn, cold email, buyer research, and Clay-assisted data enrichment to identify higher-fit prospects, improve audience targeting, and personalize outreach around relevant shipping and logistics needs.
