- Redesigned an internal PowerPoint-based product with new functionality. Started with comprehensive user research and created and tested InVision prototypes before designing pixel-perfect designs to hand off. Usage increased by 20%.
- Designed a SharePoint-based product for teams that facilitated their digital workflow. Did user research, iterated to refine designs, added full onboarding experience, and introduced archive functionality. Adoption increased from 2% to 20%.
- Architected a new PowerPoint-based tool to help document creators manage and prevent reputational risk. The project included repeated rounds of user research and concept testing on wireframes and pixel-perfect designs.
