- Reviewed post-sales customer experience for Mercedes Benz together with the launch of new test drive services aimed to their most loyal customers. Working with the MB stakeholders, I identified the most important touch points and how to deliver effective communication across multiple mediums (text, mobile app, email, and dealer).
- Reviewed usability and optimized performance for Entyvio Healthcare's app to help patients to review their health while under treatment. The challenge for this app is the consideration of the separate experience users can have while in countries that limit the marketing activity of healthcare providers.

- Designed the NHS Kids Sleep Disorders Analysis iOS application (St Thomas' Hospital Trust). Worked on the initial ‘finger-painting’ concept and designed the iOS application. (http://kidssleepdr.com/).
- Worked on designs for HSBC Online Business Banking. Redesigned different features for the “HSBCnet” product to support different national versions and localizations. Developed multiple interactive prototypes, either for user research interviews or for stakeholder steering meetings.
- Designed the HSBC Business Banking mobile application. Helped deliver the first HSBCnet mobile application (iOS and Android) for Saudi Arabia (Arabic and English localization) and Hong Kong.
- Worked closely with the client, allowing me to create custom-made solutions and to have a deeper understanding of their banking challenges (HSBC) and their communication issues with patients (NHS).
