- Worked on the job enquire page for the client and the contractor, improving the user experience, making it simple to follow the progress of a work order for a client and the job for a contractor.
- Collaborated with the design team of five people to update and maintain the current design system. I've been analysing the use of colours and typography across the platform, ensuring it meets the accessibility guidelines.
- Conducted wireframes testing and UI testing that follows the user-centered design process. This process helped me to improve the usability of the tool.

- Collaborated with cross-disciplinary teams in the design and development of new products such as the global traveler’s portal based on Salesforce and the Okta identification flow.
