- Designed the new website and brought it to live with the dev team. Made an over 35% increase in average session duration, 36% increase in pages per session, and a 4% better bounce rate.
- Redesigned the entire modular application from the ground up.

- Served as the UX designer on the supply chain product, which included several apps such as inventory management, purchase orders, billing, and tech support.

- Acted as the creative director and manager of the Tunis office. Initially joined Obistra for a two-month art direction contract, and I was rehired.
- Repositioned the agency from a digital agency into a brand strategy consultancy by rebuilding a small team from the ground up and revisiting the core mission and service offerings.
- Developed several eCommerce solutions for small businesses focusing on conversion from social media campaigns.
- Managed a team of ten people, including sales, social media, photography, content creation, development, and SEO. Provided management for both on location and remote.
- Contributed to the art direction of photoshoots for media spots and product photography.
Co-founder | Product Designer
VatoTicket
- Co-founded the ticketing startup from my dorm room and worked on it with a remote team for three years and one year full-time.
- Took the product through all its stages from initial ideation and prototyping, MPV, alpha, beta, public release, and iterative improvements through three years.
- Designed everything from the UI/UX of the website and mobile app to branding, client, investor pitch decks, and all marketing collateral.
- Developed the front-end of the web application in Bootstrap, handled the REST API integration from a Node.js server, and led a team of three web and mobile developers through design, testing, and production.
- Focused on UX design by live user feedback collection and digitally through tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Fabric.
