    • Assisted the product team in creating design concepts, prototypes, and UX solutions that support and improve the overall user experience of SambaSafety's enterprise SaaS products–impacting more than 15,000 daily application users.
    • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to design a scalable, cohesive, user-centered SaaS product for use on desktop and mobile devices.
    • Designed a component design library to promote software cohesion and enable rapid iterations.
    • Led collaborative design workshops to generate new product ideas and establish product direction.

    Luminator Technology Group
    • Worked closely with UX researchers, UI designers, and PMs to consolidate seven newly acquired applications into a cohesive SaaS suite (mSET), providing security and efficiency to millions of people in the public transportation sector.
    • Participated in developing an in-depth product strategy that was divided into five design phases–each phase had its own roadmap, well-defined milestones, and timeframes.
    • Increased user recognition and established user empathy for the acquired applications using multiple UX tools. These tools included persona development, user journeys, service blueprints, and user stories.
    • Conducted a heuristic evaluation and gap analysis to identify missing components, usability issues, and duplicate functions within the newly acquired applications.
    • Worked in an Agile and iterative process with designers, SMEs, and developers through four visual design phases: application flowcharts, wireflows, wireframes, and hi-fi prototypes.
    • mSET received the 2019 Platinum Award for “Best Wireless Video Surveillance Solutions” by ASTORS Homeland Security Awards.
