Luft Design
- Collaborated as the lead designer for a Scandinavian bank. Redesigned all loan application flows and increased conversion by 40%. Did multiple user tests and user research activities across two years. Improved the user experience and visual design.
- Helped one of the largest fashion retailers in Scandinavia create a new design system for seven of their brands and develop new features for their eCommerce stores.
