Senior Product Designer

- Built a design system for YAP, which is used in multiple countries. This was a challenge because user needs and design connotations differ between regions and countries, so the design system needed to be universal and consistent.
- Designed a banking app for kids that enabled parents to set savings goals and missions for them to complete. We made sure to seamlessly integrate the design experience for children and parents.
- Created a crypto exchange proof of concept in a 1-week sprint as an exploratory exercise to see how we would approach building a crypto product into the app.

- Redesigned the onboarding and KYC journeys for HSBC Bank Middle East, including carrying out user research, A/B testing, and finding a solution that aligned with business goals and customer needs.
- Created a proof of concept for an industry-leading insurance platform in the USA, focusing on giving the employees a comprehensive app that allowed them to manage their plans, book appointments, and make claims.
- Designed a custom solution for the housing loan and management software for UAE nationals, which allowed them to receive housing grants, choose contractors and architects, and track the building progress.
