- Collaborated across teams and departments to enhance our product and design strategy, propelling us into a new and innovative space within the supply chain tracking domain. This partnership was centered on a deep understanding of end-user needs.
- Transitioned Beacon from sales-driven growth to product-led growth. Designed various side projects and streamlined signup flows to enhance user acquisition.
