Technical SEO Issue Solved
Managed to solve the client's indexation problem that prevented them from generating organic traffic to their website.
One of my clients had their website running for years, but they struggled to generate organic traffic regardless of numerous previous SEO audits and content optimizations. Having around 200 post articles published, they only had the homepage indexed.
Improving LLM Visibility and Share of Voice Across US Local Brands

The client faced strong competition across both traditional organic search and emerging AI-driven discovery, combined with limited performance transparency. This made it difficult to identify priority gaps, measure progress reliably, and focus resources on the highest-impact opportunities.
After completing the initial audit, I built and implemented a comprehensive prompt framework that improved performance monitoring and surfaced more actionable insights.
At the same time, I identified high-impact quick wins across SEO and AIO, including technical, content, and on-page improvements to help the client generate momentum while more resource-intensive development work and longer-term strategic recommendations were still in progress.
Achieved an average 4.5% increase in LLM share of voice and a +1.2 improvement in average organic position for priority terms, contributing to more stable and stronger overall search visibility.
