American Farm Company’s Meta account was running heavy spend with flat returns under the prior agency, and paid search carried an inefficient ad-spend ratio of roughly 33%. It was not driving the results it needed for intent-based searches.

I took over Meta in March 2025 and rebuilt the program end-to-end—restructuring campaign architecture, tightening audience segmentation, reallocating budget toward ROAS-positive placements, and refreshing creative. In June 2026, I rebuilt the paid search team, cutting the ad-spend ratio from around 33% to around 20%.

I matched the prior agency’s revenue on 75% less spend. Within 10 days of the Google rebuild, I hit a 6.5x blended ROAS across 305,000 impressions. The conversion rate rose from 3.1% to 4.9% (3.7% average), and AOV jumped by around 23%.
