Project History

New Lifestyle Product Concept and Launch

Led the conceptualization of a new product for one of the biggest shoe care brands in the country, leading to over 200% growth in online revenue and social media impressions.

One of the clients I was working with had a significant foothold in India's retail shoe care market and was an original equipment manufacturer supplier for the world's best shoe care brands. The goal was to help them develop their online brand penetration in that category. Since their existing line was in retail sales, the packaging and profit margins were all designed for wholesale and retail.

We developed a new concept targeting the younger market segment (people extremely active on social media), which led to the first specific sneakers product in the Indian market. The marketing was purely done with videos and ads built as content. As a result of our efforts, the product became a leader in the category and continues to be a winner almost five years later.

Organic Views Growth through Social Media

Set up two YouTube channels, paired with Instagram and Quora, to get over 11 million organic views across the platforms, with YouTube taking up a significant share of about nine million.

The project involved creating two YouTube channels, four Instagram accounts, and one Quora account across different niches, growing organic views through these channels. As a result of my efforts, two men's fashion-related Instagram accounts achieved more than 200,000 followers combined. One YouTube channel reached over 90,000 subscribers, while the other peaked at 12,000 subscribers. The Quora account garnered more than two million answer views, and an Instagram account related to guitars and music obtained more than 10,000 followers.

GTM for a SaaS Product

Led a GTM strategy for a SaaS product geared toward engineering productivity.

The project aimed to build and help execute a full-fledged GTM plan for a SaaS product that solved software engineering process intelligence for engineering managers and leaders. Since the product was new, we had to start from scratch, building domain authority and SERP rankings through high-quality, relevant content pieces. We also generated thousands of views across developer-specific content platforms.

SEO and YouTube Growth Strategy

Helped formulate an initial growth and GTM strategy for a travel-focused YouTube channel.

An in-depth GTM plan and YouTube strategy that also ties to business growth was set up for a travel-focused company based out of Seattle. The engagement included a YouTube content strategy, SEO consulting, attribution, and business growth strategy built on top of long and short-form videos.
