I conceived and led the end-to-end execution of a report on the informal economy, scoping the project, analyzing the data, writing the report, and driving its delivery across three formats: a long-form report document, a dedicated website, and an AI-powered chatbot that made the findings interactive and accessible to a wider audience. I also managed external collaborations and partnerships to extend the report’s reach beyond owned channels.

The project reached 500,000+ people digitally, grew the email list by 50%, and strengthened the company’s relationships with policymakers and key stakeholders.

I developed the campaign concept, wrote the script and narrative arc, and coordinated the production and execution across teams.
