Project History

Communication App for Elderly Care

I led product feature development by recognizing user weak points, proposing solutions, validating them, and delivering to end-users.

Myo is a German based platform for communication between caregivers in elderly care homes and family members of the facility residents. The platform can be used as a web or mobile app. The company is growing quarter by quarter both in revenue and user base.

Community Gift Exchange Platform

I took on several leadership roles for this project that took a journey from a rough idea all the way to production and live users.

Swappie was a peer-to-peer community network where members could exchange part of their culture with one another by sending a gift that represents their country of birth. The exchange was happening by mail.

Booking Platform for Parking Spaces

https://www.quickparking.com/

I held discovery meetings with board members and the customer support team and communicated back to the development team to rebuild the new platform from the bottom-up.

QuickParking is a web platform where travelers can book a parking space near the airport so their car is safe while traveling. They operate in both B2C and B2B2C models and have parking near all major airports in Europe.
