Polestar is an innovative electric vehicle producer operating worldwide. As a PO at the crossroads of multiple platforms/tools to integrate with the Polestar platform, I was the one to analyze, manage, and support all the API integrations. The integrations included appropriate platforms to support vehicle sales, vehicle inner functionality and communication, customer management, etc. I was actively doing stakeholder management to analyze and prioritize all the required integrations, make them actionable backlog items, and develop with the team. I also supported the CC team and account managers in solving all the ongoing claims.

AdServer allows the marketing team to create, manage, and deliver marketing campaigns to users. It allows targeting users based on various parameters. It can be done by selecting the targeting options and creating custom queries to get the required target audiences.

uDoctor is a telemedicine solution presented with a website and mobile apps. It helps patients to get online medical consultancy via video calls from doctors of various specialties. Patients can search for their required doctors, explore their profiles, ratings and feedback, rates for consultancy, and, finally, book the doctor. The doctors are able to see the patient’s medical history, all the analyses that are available in the patient’s profile. In the end, doctors send the conclusion with all the advice and references so the patient can know the next steps.

Voyyp is a business phone system for small and medium-sized businesses. It allows to call, text, and create long-lasting customer relationships. It has smart routing for calls and text messages based on keywords and corresponding team members. Customers are able to create and manage a call menu and arrange communication with their clients in a flexible way. They also have call forwarding, voicemail to text conversion, and custom greetings.

uHome is a smart home solution including a smart ring, smart camera, and a mobile application. The users can monitor what is happening at their homes with a live stream from the camera. The users get a ring to the mobile application once someone rings at the door and can talk to the guest. The user receives a notification whenever the smart ring detects a motion and can see and hear who is there with the ring camera. Users can turn on the alarm and send an emergency notification to the security agency or some friend if something is suspicious.
