From first ideas using design thinking up to the full strategy: The potential of the new service, in terms of business impact and user experience, was evaluated together with TK.
The project was implemented using agile, making it possible to react optimally to constantly evolving requirements and feedback. Development of a design vision and a prototype formed the foundation, with sprint-based UX and design development. The technical implementation was done in two SCRUM teams using Atlassian tools.
The service is free to use for the 10 million customers of TK.

Product App Store design and development offering next day delivery to construction grounds for almost 1+ million products.
Obeta is the regional leader in the field of electrical and installation wholesale, represented in more than 50 locations with more than 400 employees. Andreas created as consulting product manager together with Obeta management the vision, functionalities, and roadmap for the Obeta app. Functionalities like offering identification of customers in stores offered advantages in speed, customer service and efficiency unmatched by the competition. Ordering missing parts directly to construction grounds till the next morning from the convenience of the mobile phone started to change the way how the whole electrical installation industry is thinking and planning.
