    Oversaw advanced product analytics instrumentation, core matching engine optimization, new product line launches, and user experience optimization for a highly integrated E2E funding transactional marketplace for small and medium enterprises seeking to get equity, loans, grants, tax credits, or operating capital savings.

  • Property Legal Services Transactional Marketplace Launch
    Led conveyancing integrated transactional marketplace launch for the E2E property portal

    First end to end conveyancing transactional marketplace in the UK, in the ecosystem SAAS model. Legal case management system (workflow, integrations with six data providers and government services, risk management, and compliance suite) interfacing B2C marketplace and linked up with estate agent and mortgage brokers product suites to support collaborative deal flow.

  • eCommerce Re-platforming, Product, and Tech Optimization
    Migrated eCom business to SAP Hybris platform and doubled annual revenue in the subsequent year.

    Leading re-platforming team, orchestrating the transition from legacy monolith platform to SAP Hybris storefront and modular IS landscape.
