Led product as a founding member of Joystream. Shipped Gleev.xyz, the flagship video platform, attracting 20,000+ creators in five months via DAO-governed token incentives instead of paid acquisition. Coordinated 15 engineers, designers, and ops in a decentralized environment with no traditional hierarchy. Also shipped the DAO governance web platform for protocol management. Elected to the council for three consecutive terms, shaping product priorities and treasury allocation through on-chain votes.
