Frank is a chief technology officer specializing in solutions architecture and product engineering. Full-stack from silicon to strategy, he architects products spanning cryptography, inference, native interfaces, and the business that ships them. The rarity is his range: fluent enough to go down to the code, senior enough to put on a tie and translate it for the board. Relentlessly current with on-device inference, agentic systems, and whatever ships next, Frank prefers a prototype to a deck.

Work Experience
Founder & CTO
Singular Continuum Laboratories
- Founded Singular Continuum Laboratories, an independent product lab building privacy-first, AI-enabled software for Apple platforms and the web.
- Shipped the lab's first product, Octopus—a native hi-fi music player for iPhone, iPad, and Mac—taking it from first line of code to App Store submission.
- Engineered a reference-grade audio engine in C++ and Swift for Apple Silicon, with lossless FLAC and ALAC playback, EQ, crossfeed, effects, and real-time visualizers.
- Established a local-inference foundation the lab reuses across projects—models running on device, with no cloud round-trip, no accounts and no telemetry.
- Built on-device library intelligence for Octopus—genre classification and artist discovery computed entirely locally on Apple Silicon.
- Set a house standard across every lab project: airgapped by design, no third-party analytics SDKs, privacy enforced as an engineering constraint rather than a policy page.
- Kept a pipeline of on-device AI products in active development, reusing the lab's inference, privacy, and native-interface foundations across new domains.
CTO & VP of Product
Authentia | Enterprise Decision Intelligence
- Engineered an enterprise reasoning and orchestration platform spanning insurance underwriting and specialty banking, with a human holding every consequential call.
- Extended governed agentic decisioning into specialty banking—credit evaluation, collateral valuation, and loan-to-value analysis on the same reasoning core.
- Architected RAG over a vectorized ontology data lake, grounding every valuation and recommendation in traceable enterprise evidence rather than model recall.
- Built governance guardrails and audit trails into the decision path, so each underwriting or lending decision carries the evidence and policy basis a regulator would ask to see.
- Established champion and challenger benchmarking and drift monitoring, keeping agent performance measurable as models, policies, and lending criteria changed.
- Delivered the platform on IBM WatsonX as an IBM engineering partner, giving enterprise buyers a foundation their vendor-risk committees had already cleared.
CTO & VP of Product
Authentia | Digital Product Passport
- Architected digital product passports for diamonds, luxury goods, and other high-value physical assets—a cryptographically anchored digital twin for every item, from origin through manufacturing to finished piece.
- Built a computer-vision pipeline fusing laser marking with crystallographic topography analysis to defeat counterfeit provenance markings on high-value goods; patent application pending.
- Placed tens of thousands of carats of natural diamonds under verifiable provenance, with each asset's chain of custody auditable end-to-end from origin to retail.
- Bound each passport to the physical asset itself rather than a printed tag or database row, making the resulting title physically verifiable and unforgeable.
- Engineered multi-party chain-of-custody workflows across miners, cutters, manufacturers, and luxury retailers, preserving one verifiable record as ownership changed hands.
- Led the platform end-to-end as CTO—architecture, applied cryptography, computer vision, and product—taking passports for luxury and high-value assets from concept to working system.
- Aligned the passport schema with the EU's Digital Product Passport direction under ESPR, positioning luxury and high-value asset clients ahead of mandatory traceability requirements.
VP of Product
GigaStar
- Stood up GigaStar end-to-end—the first SEC-regulated (Reg CF) crowdfunding platform for YouTube creators, letting fans participate directly in channel revenue.
- Structured fractional royalty offerings as compliant securities, so creators raised immediate capital while token holders earned a share of monetized channel revenue.
- Designed tiered, time-bound offering events that converted fan audiences into investors and gave creators liquidity without ceding ownership of their channels.
- Led product for a team of 6-10 from concept through MVP to launch, translating securities regulation into requirements engineers could build against.
- Worked Reg CF constraints—disclosure, investor limits, and escrow—into the product surface itself, so compliance shipped as a feature rather than a blocker.
- Built the on-chain royalty distribution layer, giving creators a funding path independent of advances, brand deals, and platform payout schedules.
- Defined the tokenomics behind fractional royalties, balancing creator dilution, holder returns, and the regulatory limits on how each offering could be sold.
Blockchain Product Manager
GA Tech Solutions
- Acted as the driving force behind creating a new branch of the company dedicated exclusively to blockchain, fintech, and crypto.
- Led the contract negotiation for the exclusive distribution of blockchain computers in Latin America and the Caribbean.
- Managed the efforts towards integrating crypto payments into the thousands of POS currently under the administration of GA Tech Solutions.
- Designed and managed a highly profitable investment portfolio active in various instances of proof of stake and consisting of a plethora of cryptocurrencies and blockchain domain name NFTs.
Lead Product Manager | Galaxy
GA Tech Solutions
- Introduced the Galaxy ticketing system to the Latin American market. Today I can attest to the successful implementation of more than a dozen Galaxy tech solutions in five countries and counting.
- Introduced an Agile vision to product management and delivered quantifiable results. Demonstrated excellence in internal and external communications. Gained trust and kept close contact with the president and CEO of the company and associates.
- Brought a new opportunity to the table, resulting in a brand new company branch dedicated exclusively to the blockchain, fintech, and crypto. Today I lead this branch in parallel to Galaxy product management.
Vo of Technology
Farmacias Especializadas
- Managed 16 direct and 45 indirect technologists across the design, development, and support of every application running LatAm's leading pharmaceutical enterprise.
- Rebuilt point-of-sale, warehouse management, provider sourcing, and invoicing as one unified stack serving 100+ owned pharmacies and independent affiliates across the region.
- Migrated per-pharmacy on-premise servers to cloud infrastructure with zero disruption, under live commercial demand, and without closing a single register.
- Introduced co-insurance at the point of sale—insurer-settled benefit discounts applied at the register, replacing pay-now-reimburse-later and materially improving patient access to medication.
- Directed parallel delivery teams across warehouse management, point-of-sale, invoicing, database, telecom, and distribution systems.
- Instituted sprint-based delivery across those workstreams, replacing ad-hoc requests with a prioritized backlog and a predictable release cadence the business could plan around.
- Presented architecture and delivery trade-offs directly to executive leadership, turning technical decisions into business ones that the board could act on.
- Rewrote the team's engineering standards—code review, release gates, and on-call support—raising software quality across a portfolio that the business ran on daily.
Project History
Authentia | Enterprise Decision Intelligence
https://www.authentia.ai- 87% — Agent–human Agreement Rate
- 94% — Policy Compliance Score
- 0 — Customer Impact During Shadow Runs
- 2.1% — Average Compliance Delta
Regulated enterprises cannot adopt AI agents on trust. Insurance, banking, and healthcare decisions carry legal consequences, so “the model seems good” is not an answer a risk committee accepts—and you cannot prove an agent is safe by putting it into live decisions to find out. Pilots stalled at that gap: no way to measure how far agent judgment drifts from the specialists it stands beside.
Run the agents in shadow. Every case goes to the human expert and the agents in parallel, with zero customer impact—the agent’s decision is recorded but never served. Score each against the specialist’s choice and against policy, so agreement and compliance become measured numbers rather than impressions. Bench several models at once to see which drifts, where, and why, with an explanation attached to every divergence. Then grant autonomy segment by segment, only where evidence supports it, on a tamper-evident audit trail. Built across IBM WatsonX—.ai, Orchestrate, .data, and .governance.
Agreement and compliance stop being claims and become scores: 87% agreement, 94% compliance, 2.1% average delta. Autonomy is earned segment by segment, on an audit trail that a regulator can read. Human-in-command throughout.
Authentia | Digital Product Passport
https://authentia.io/- 10,000 — Carats Under Verifiable Provenance
- 1 — Digital Twin Per Stone, Mine to Retail
- 0 — Trust Required Between Parties
Luxury provenance runs on paperwork. The certificate travels beside the stone, not bound to it, so it can be copied, swapped, or quietly reissued—and once a stone passes through cutters, manufacturers, and retailers, the chain is a stack of PDFs from parties who never met. Counterfeit markings can be laser-etched well enough to pass inspection. The asset is verifiable; its history is not.
Bind the identity to the object, not to a document. Every stone gets a cryptographically anchored digital twin, created at origin and carried through cutting, manufacturing, and retail as custody changes hands. Fuse laser marking with crystallographic topography analysis—a computer-vision pipeline reading the crystal’s own structure, so a copied marking fails against the physical evidence it claims to describe. Sign each transfer with modern primitives (Ed25519, BLAKE3, and AEAD), post-quantum readiness planned in. The result is a physically verifiable title, not merely presented.
Tens of thousands of carats now carry verifiable provenance, auditable end to end. Verification became a physical test rather than a matter of trusting the last holder’s paperwork — and the method is patent pending. Ownership you can prove.
Octopus | Hi-fi Music Player
https://www.singularcontinuum.com/octopus- 0 — Subscriptions, Ads, or In-app Purchases
- 0 — Accounts, Trackers, or Cloud Calls
- 3 — Apple Platforms From One Native Codebase
- 100% — Playback and Intelligence On-device
Streaming made renting music the default, but the people who still own files—hi-res buyers, rippers, collectors—were left with bad options on iOS. Local audio is an afterthought there: no serious DSP, no way to browse a library the way it actually sits on disk. The alternatives were subscription players that phone home, or utilitarian apps that sound correct and feel like a spreadsheet.
Write the engine, not a wrapper: a bare-metal playback path in C++ and Swift on Apple Silicon, with EQ, crossfeed, effects, and real-time visualizers computed from the signal itself. Keep everything local—files stay where the listener put them, imported from Files, a NAS or a drive, never uploaded, never scanned. Run library intelligence on-device: genre classification and artist discovery with no account and no network call. Design the interface as hardware—transport, knobs, meters, a lockable deck—then teach it with an in-app icon and gesture legend.
A one-time purchase with no ads, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or account to create. Playback, DSP, and intelligence all run on the device: the listener’s library never leaves the hardware it lives on. Ownership, not access.
Singular Continuum Laboratories
https://www.singularcontinuum.com- 38% — Reduction in Agent–Human Decision Drift
- 100% — Consequential Decisions Held by a Human
- 0 — Third-party Trackers or Telemetry Calls
A studio of one is expected to ship what a mid-size team ships: native apps, a marketing site, localization, store assets, and release engineering. Every usual shortcut costs the exact thing the lab sells—cross-platform wrappers give up native speed, analytics SDKs ship user behavior to third parties, and cloud inference turns every feature into a subscription bill and a privacy exposure.
Build the foundation once, not per product: a reusable local-inference layer running quantized models on-device, so intelligent features cost engineering time once and carry no cloud bill. Enforce privacy at build time—no analytics SDKs, no crash reporters, nothing to disclose because nothing is collected. Use C++ and Swift against Apple Silicon wherever the work is real-time. Automate what normally needs a team: a static site with a per-locale content pipeline, so a new language is a JSON file and a review pass. Script the last mile—store assets, video encoding, release checks.
One engineer ships the whole product: native app, localized site, store presence, and release pipeline, five languages live at launch, every intelligent feature running on-device. Privacy and performance as architecture, not line items.
