Flying Eagle Systems, Inc. is a part of Foxconn Technology Group, the global leader in manufacturing services for the computer, communication, and consumer electronics (3C) industry. The mission of Flying Eagle is to transform display technology and its use in the home. It is also a unique part of Foxconn’s bold initiative to rebuild technology development and manufacturing in America, driving consumer display R&D and leveraging investment and production activity to build new markets for new products.

Predictive Analytics
Helped companies create a machine learning pipeline to do predictive analytics in forecasting planned failure to avoid unnecessary blockage and lowered utilization with savings north of $250,000.
Designed the MVP data pipeline architecture to help create the initial machine learning data pipeline from beginning to end. Headed the platform development that would be rolled out across Sharp as part of the innovation team.
SaaS to Increase User Engagement
Created user engagement features such as one-stop shop to improve retention by over 50% of new cohorts.
One of the products I was tasked with managing reduced user retention with aggressive user acquisition. The customer lifetime value of the cohorts was getting less and less expressive. I created a series of features such as celebrity news engagement, easy access to customer support to retain customers, and an in-line survey to get real-time insights to improve our user retention.
