Cruise is the 1st autonomous vehicle company to be issued a commercial license to charge for public rides.

I worked with the development acceleration team assigned with key metrics like cost appropriation, eng accuracy and excellence, and iteration time, which helped Cruise launch its public-facing product on time.

SonderMind needed a flexible billing solution to handle cross-state provider-patient matching while accounting for varying reimbursement rules and insurance SOPs.

The product is a comprehensive EHR and practice management system for veterinary practices across North America. The product offers seamless selections of different modules in any combination for its customers to use and integrates with 3rd-party systems.

The application is the most widely used Pakistani mobile wallet, mobile payments, and branchless banking solution. It offers seamless registration and onboarding and a thoughtful user experience design, ensuring customer success.

Spearheaded Toptal’s Keywords Machine project to enhance organic and paid search performance by aligning user intent with optimized content. I developed a multi-stage manual labeling process for analyzing over 250,000 keywords, integrating key performance indicators such as SEM spend, organic ranking, and transactional intent. I also conducted an in-depth competitive analysis to identify gaps in Toptal’s SEO/SEM strategies. I proposed actionable improvements, including implementing multi-skill search filters, trust-building landing page optimizations, and SERP lead capture forms. I collaborated with the business analytics team to blend quantitative data with qualitative insights, driving targeted optimizations that improved user engagement and lead conversion for clients and freelance talent.

Cheetay.Pk is a platform where you can order food, groceries, stationery, and medicine from its web or mobile apps. The delivery runners use another rider app to stay in the system, and we also designed an elaborate back-office admin dashboard for restaurants, business owners, and the company itself.

VowPay offers to send instant remittances abroad. The application provides a quick signup option and the facility to connect to a bank account or payment using a credit card for funds transfer. VowPay also offers to track the remittance the customer has sent.

EdX is a massive North American open-source learning management system and course provider. The client, who consults top businesses worldwide, wanted a customized solution based on this platform to train and track the internal progress of its employees worldwide.

A DAO enablement platform that is incognito at the moment on Ethereum. The product’s vision is to resolve problems in core life processes by leveraging Web3 technologies and decentralized financing (DeFi).

Zameen.com is Pakistan’s largest and most used online real estate platform, providing property listing, management, and leasing solutions to 5+ million active users. I was involved with the project very early and worked closely with the founding team to discover business requirements. My core responsibilities included conducting market and competitive research, road mapping, and creating an MVP for a quick go-to-market goal.
