In this project, I addressed a critical pain point for online merchants managing numerous independent eCommerce sites catering to diverse groups, such as sports teams and corporate apparel for businesses. The challenge was the daily lump-sum deposit of income from these stores, causing significant headaches for accountants who constantly had to update invoices and purchase orders. Through comprehensive customer research, interactive prototyping, and rigorous beta testing, I spearheaded the development of a groundbreaking payment processing service.

This solution empowered accountants to take control of their cash flow by selecting precisely when they wanted to receive funds. The impact was remarkable—our users, on average, saved two hours every week, which allowed them to focus on more strategic tasks. Moreover, the success of this project was evident as we closed deals with 50 new accounts within the 1st week of launching, showcasing its immediate and tangible benefits for our clients.
