Voalte Insight is an analytics tool that enables hospital administrators to analyze their organizations' communication workflows and activity to uncover bottlenecks, optimize response times, and drive adoption among new users.

I led a team of junior product managers, designers, and developers, through user research, product design and build, and drove the go-to-market phases for this new product, including internal sales education and marketing messaging efforts. The launch was hugely successful, exceeding our first-year sales goal by 400%. The product is currently deployed at dozens of leading hospitals across the US, including UCSF Medical Center and Massachusetts General Hospital.

Led the redesign of Voalte Experience, an iPad app for hospital patients to improve the quality of their stay and reduce the volume of nurse call requests.

When I joined this project, it was stuck in the conceptual design stage with an external UX agency despite having been identified by the C-suite as one of their top 4 strategic priorities for 2019. I lobbied for a cross-functional design sprint and a rethink of our product requirements to push this project forward and produce an app serving the needs of all stakeholders involved, especially patients. Our design sprint informed and resulted in a brand new UI being created, which ultimately was approved for engineering and shipped.
