  • Oversaw a team to architect, build, and launch the Vault app to 1,000+ customers on the Bubble.io platform in six weeks. Vault acts like Dropbox for musicians to easily store, organize, and share all their digital production files for their songs.
  • Led the team that scoped, designed and built the Fuerra app on the Bubble.io platform within four months. Fuerra is a 3-sided B2B2C marketplace that allows retreat leaders to easily book hotel group packages and promote their retreats to attendees.

Voalte Insight | Hospital Analytics Tool


Built, launched, and monetized a new hospital comms analytics tool in nine months.

Voalte Insight is an analytics tool that enables hospital administrators to analyze their organizations' communication workflows and activity to uncover bottlenecks, optimize response times, and drive adoption among new users.

I led a team of junior product managers, designers, and developers through user research, product design, and build. I also drove the go-to-market phases for this new product, including internal sales education and marketing messaging efforts. The launch was hugely successful, exceeding our first-year sales goal by 400%. The product is currently deployed at dozens of leading hospitals across the US, including UCSF Medical Center and Massachusetts General Hospital.

ZoomShift | B2B Scheduling Platform for Hourly Employees


Accelerated feature development by 8-12x for a SaaS HR tech platform and mobile app.

As the product lead, I architected and improved the feature development pipeline for ZoomShift, an industry-leading employee time-tracking SaaS and mobile app platform.

Some of the highlights during my time there included:

• Accelerating our average new feature time-to-market by around 8-12x while minimizing bugs and significant customer support issues; we went from shipping two to three features per year to a regular release cadence of one to two marketable new features per month.

• Achieving an all-time high in MRR and customer retention, growing to 1,000+ B2B customers, including Walgreens and Ace Hardware.

• Defining a customer research-backed product roadmap extending for four quarters with demonstrable market demand.

• Leading an enterprise data integration project with ADP, a global leader in enterprise payroll software.

All this was achieved with a distributed team of five to seven hardworking folks spanning a dozen time zones from San Diego, CA to Lahore, Pakistan!

GloveBox | B2B2C Platform for Insurance Agents and Consumers
