• Managed deliverables of the banking and lending program, i.e., leading sub-projects through analysis, design, testing, migration, and implementation.

I assisted the business team in researching and investigating new product opportunities and mapping out the product roadmap. I also provided general governance support to the project through delivery by supporting the project manager in resolving risks or issues and ongoing stakeholder management.

In close collaboration with the operations and support team, we analyzed key aspects of the business to evaluate factors driving results and summarized them into presentations on financial markets and corporate finance.

Designed and developed two management systems, an automated, consolidated collection management system capable of handling any invoice, check, and cash collection product and guaranteeing faster credits, and a fully automated receivables management system, and integrated the receivables and collection processes for corporate customers.
