In a consulting capacity, I was the sole product manager for an overhaul of the Avis applications and website. I managed a team of iOS and Android engineers with a ten-hour time difference, wrote all user stories, led the research, and paired with UI designers to incorporate insights. Incorporated new features leveraging telemetrics and other data. Produced a 2-year implementation roadmap and increased the Apple App Store rating from 2.4 to 4.7 stars in six months. Paired with customer support to address customer concerns, gathered, analyzed, and implemented customer feedback, and worked closely with traditional and growth marketing to launch new features.

Built a 2-sided marketplace to bring dealers of homes back-up power and homeowners together for installations used to lower the homeowner’s electric bills. I led product strategy, go-to-market, MVP build, and subsequent build measure learn cycles. I also substantiality contributed to the business model development, marketing strategy, and hiring.

Raven Health is a practitioner tool for child therapists. I created a master product strategy using competitive analysis and qualitative and quantitive analysis. I also worked with the team day-to-day to implement best development practices.

I completed internal and external research to define the next set of product features and broke the work down for the relevant engineering teams to implement. I worked across all levels of two organizations, spoke with customers, and defined product strategy.
