Pathstream's online learning platform enables adult learners of all backgrounds to learn digital skills independently and at their own pace. The online learning platform uses cutting-edge virtual machine streaming technology to deliver a hands-on learning experience.

I served as the initial product manager for a team of five engineers and then as a director of product management, overseeing multiple PMs and teams of engineers.

Business-to-consumer Go-to-market Growth Strategy Development for an Online Learning Platform

Led an overhaul of a business-to-consumer (B2C) purchase flow for a digital skills certificate program worth $4,000, resulting in a 50% lower customer acquisition cost (CAC) than before launch.

I created an end-to-end demand generation, user education, and purchase flow to generate more than $10 million in annual revenue while reducing CAC by 50% before launch. Also, I served as a product manager for user flow development and then led demand generation and analytics to iterate and drive purchases through the purchase journey.

Product Analytics Suite

Developed a product analytics suite for a newly launched online learning platform to unlock data-driven product development.

I oversaw data system development using primarily Amplitude for event-based analytics. This system provided detailed insights into product usage and user behavior, becoming critical for feature development and prioritization.

Data was sourced using third-party and internal APIs, added to a data lake in AWS, cleaned using SQL, and visualized in Tableau and Mode Analytics.
