The current trader app and portal needed a complete change to provide better service to traders across the UK. I updated the UX and wireframes to ensure that the app functioned better and that the trader portal supported the trader’s needs.

I interviewed traders to understand their requirements, shaped the roadmap, and worked with the development team to launch new features promptly.

I managed 40 developers and designers with a current portfolio of 30 games that needed duplicating onto a Virgin Games gaming portal. New math models and RNG back-end technology had to be applied, which was fully regulated as a gambling product in the UK.

I worked with senior stakeholders to ensure the roadmap was delivered. Games were tested, and the designers and programmers created three new gaming titles before release.

The current app retailed on the Apple Store for over £45 and needed a complete refresh of the experience and design. I worked with core stakeholders and UX teams in Pearson to create the new app.

I ran the development planning and design with the offshore development team in India, who built the app in two-week sprints following my product management and user stories in Jira.

I ensured that key new features such as enhanced content, DLC, and voice-to-text were a big part of the new app and support for the iPad high-resolution screens before launching successfully in the App Store.

Worked to create an MVP app for over 1,000 agents in Africa on Android 8.1 smartphones using React Native. Developed the UI and UX with the internal team and created the app’s initial release; maintained the backlog and prepared product tickets on features; ran workshops for roadmap planning and engagement with stakeholders in the UK and Kenya to ensure that the product was delivered as per the requirements.

Cooperated with CEO and VP of Technology and reported weekly.

Neil was in charge of the overall completion of milestones with the team in Sweden that was developing the app. I cooperated with the UI and UX team to ensure that the game-play and app were created for iPad devices and maximized the screen resolution and over-the-air technologies.

Using Unity, I led the developers to create the game for different levels based on the Battlefield 3 console version.

I managed stakeholder engagement with the US Executive team, which included budget approval and signoff for this $750,000 production.

Paperwrk Chasr was a new startup that required the UI and product to be released within six months. I managed the roadmap and delivered the MVP. Working with the core team of three developers, I created the MVP product features and worked with the designer to create the brand and UX.

The service was connected to WooCommerce License Keys. A WordPress site was also required to link via API to the main site to manage user accounts and access the features and packages they had bought.

I released the app and worked with the rest of the business to evolve and grow the userbase and include new Xero and Stripe API integration features.

I advised the team on technology choices and cloud-based hosting and managed the development budget.

Worked on many Cloud-based live-to-data feeds for betting stores across the UK and different multi-vendor platforms and maintained current systems that support retail betting companies around the world.

Provided live data and streaming video content and a range of blended services that support horse and dog racing, Spanish football, and mobile gaming to companies that showed the content on web and TV screens in betting stores.

I cooperated with the management and executive team to create wireframes and UI for the app based on the brand for iOS devices. I also worked on the back-end CMS and API that enabled the app to function and Agile team management, including the roadmap backlog review, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

I was in charge of delivering games to the highest standards, working with QA, design, and development teams. My role encompassed the resourcing, operations, and delivery of web and mobile game titles, including the cross-team collaboration and executive reporting processes.

I managed a team of 25 developers and ten QA staff to continually support multiple workstreams of game content and launch many successful slot games online (real bets) for this regulated UK and Spanish operator.

I managed the strategic and tactical implementation and development using third-party studios to create a range of slot and casino titles using Littlewood’s back-end services for Java and iOS handsets.

Created the roadmap for the post-pilot app and service to enable property managers across the US to permit delivery drivers to access buildings using remote unlock hardware to drop off packages for tenants.

The Global Customer Care (GCC) team was tasked with a high-impact objective: to deliver a unified ServiceNow solution for Care Agents across multiple core markets in Asia and Europe. Despite the team members’ lean team and remote location, the initiative required rapid deployment across diverse regions, each presenting unique operational and compliance demands.

For example, Switzerland required robust multilingual capabilities, while several EU countries mandated strict adherence to Age Verification protocols due to local regulations. My role was pivotal—I needed to quickly gather and prioritize market-specific requirements, align cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure that each regional rollout was both timely and compliant. The complexity lay not only in the technology but in navigating cultural, legal, and operational variances across geographies, all whilst maintaining a unified user experience.

• Re-align the roadmap so that registered and new service team members can access consumer requirements for UK plumbing, electrical, or other service-related work.
• Create a more streamlined onboarding process for new small business registrations.
• Develop a new mobile app using the same UX as the leading portal.

I helped support the development roadmap for Local Heroes, a portal for contractors to engage with potential customers seeking help with plumbing or electrical needs. As product manager for the portal, I implemented a solution fully integrated with Salesforce using documented APIs to onboard new contractors and allow them to quote and pitch for customer work. With KYC checks on the contractors as part of the service, I implemented many features that improved the experience for all parties and even created the mobile app with the in-house development teams.

• CSAT feedback increased by 7% over the tenure from the platform users.
• The mobile app was downloaded nearly 45,000 times by the registered users of the platform, which represented over 80% of the userbase.
