    Designed and launched a live match-3 game "Swoo Candy-Krack" from concept to go-to-market with 100,000+ concurrent users.

    It was a 5-20 round match-3 game where a host come up in video feed and makes users play the game together.

  • Analytics Data Pipeline
    Created a growth model for the app using the insights from the data dashboard to grow app to 450,000 DAU.

    Created platform for gather click analytics from app to structuring and storing it in big data along. Established key metrics for the success of the app and created executive dashboards and weekly review deck to keep track of key metrics.

  • Swooperstar Short Video Contest
    Conceptualized, designed, and launched this unique short video contest to get user-generated content at cheap cost.

    This game was planned to create a sustainable supply of short videos of different genres like comedy, horror, dancing, singing. It was connected with the live games through an in-app currency system.
