- Led the CleverTap integration for Slice's Android and iOS app. Defined front- and back-end events, user journeys, and conversion funnels. Improved product analytics and increased email open rate from 18 to 30%.
- Improved repayments via a scratch card by leading the feature's development for mobile. The scratch card gamified the repayment experience, which reduced the risk of user default during COVID-19.
- Introduced the auto-debit feature for auto repayment of credit card bills while leading the GTM plan. This feature received 10,000 registered users in the first month, and 5% of all repayments came via the auto-debit feature.
- Built a transaction settlement process in Slice using MongoDB to mark settled transactions with a settlement date via CSV files. This resulted in gauging the unsettled transactions and the reasons for the chargeback.
- Created credit score awareness features for Gen-Z users in the Slice app, like personal credit scores, factors affecting the score, and suggestions to improve credit scores. Received an NPS of +60.
- Improved the card booking by directly providing a virtual card on approval, which led to increasing virtual card booking users from 80,000 to 115,000.

- Led the development of a merchant dashboard for merchants that provided users with analytics around revenue, voucher sales, and customer insights. Scaled from zero to 80% merchants logins per month.
- Spearheaded the development of an FMCG product data insights platform similar to Nielsen. The dashboard provided supply chain insights, competitor performance, and consumer insights for FMCG products.
- Led the development of a bill reading software that would provide automated rewards to merchants selling the promoted brands on Magicpin through bills and insights around customer analytics.
- Worked with the marketing team to build a voucher sales marketing strategy for Magicpin users. These vouchers provided new customers to eCommerce startups like EatFit and Faasos while providing a per month revenue of 3 million to Magicpin.
- Automated the cron to get the required data based on the input in a Google sheet from the sales team with Python.

Credit Card Delivery Improvement

Finally, I led payments initiatives for a $4-billion animal healthcare technology company, including negotiating a co-brand credit card deal and global payments facilitation.
Real Time Teacher Support
Led the design and development of real-time classes for students, which improved the number of students who joined to receive a tutor from 60% to 90% while improving tutor utilization.
I shifted the strategy from blocking teachers' time for classes to allocating a free teacher to a student waiting in the queue for trial classes. This new strategy helped improve teachers' efficiency since no time was wasted on students who booked but didn't join the lesson, and students' average waiting time decreased from 15 to two minutes per class. The average of students joining and getting a teacher ratio increased from 60% to 90%. Moreover, I provided teachers with a view of how many students were waiting in each subject trial class and supplied managers with a view of ongoing classes and their recordings.
Besides managing the strategy, ideation, and execution, I also trained the sales and teacher team to improve the current process.
