Achieved 90% of fraud resolution within 24 hours, zero regulatory and social media escalations, and enhanced customer trust on the platform. Estimated savings are worth millions in fraud and abuse prevention.

I collaborated with internal business leaders for regulated financial instruments, such as digital wallets, personal credit cards, and gift cards, to understand the critical vulnerabilities in the products from a fraud and abuse perspective. This information and detailed root-cause analysis allowed me to identify the significant loopholes being exploited by fraudsters. Then I defined the product strategy for preventing and resolving fraud across all payment instruments and use cases, using a mix of machine learning and engineering solutions.

Two-hour Delivery of Smartphones for Amazon India

Defined the product roadmap and planned the launch for two-hour delivery of smartphones.

Smartphones make up one of the largest categories for Amazon India. The product launch aimed to increase the conversion of Amazon India visitors into smartphone customers. Faster than same-day delivery speed was critical for driving the growth of this eCommerce business.

Commercialization of the World's 4th-fastest Supercomputer

Architected the business plan for Eka, the world's 4th-fastest supercomputer, used to launch India's mission to the moon.

I built the business plan to generate revenue from Tata Group's investment into Eka. I identified the customer segments of animation, pharma research, and space research and initiated early business deals for the supercomputer. The same supercomputer was used many years later to launch India's mission to the moon.
