Led the cross-functional planning, development, and release of the version-2 mobile app for DealCloud, a leading CRM and financial services software provider. Owned the project from research to launch. I led the user research team through user interviews, focus groups, prototypes, and UX design, then synthesized the four core use cases from research and redesigned the mobile app. Broke the design down into functional requirements for the development team, managed the development workflow, and iterated through web product changes. I also worked with product marketing to set the GTM strategy and led enablement meetings for Sales, Support, Success, and Training teams. Launched both an iOS and Android app written in React Native and tracked and iterated post-launch on the feature set based on qualitative and quantitative data.

Researched, synthesized, and compiled all current and planned earth observation satellites in a database. The space industry is in its infancy, and the current market research is immature. The output of this project was the most comprehensive database of Earth observation satellites currently in orbit and planned to be launched, broken down into constellations, meaning how the data would be sold, and sensors, or the type of data that would be sold.

Led the redesign, development, and feature iteration for the NLP-based digital concierge chatbot. The project was inherited from a previous vendor, and our team led the recreation of the chatbot with an NLP-first approach. The new version increased the number of users by 80% and engagement by 60%.
