Conducted the discovery process and product definition for a consumer app in 30 days.

We went through the discovery process in collaboration with three designers and defined FixHero. This app allows Spanish car owners who don't understand mechanics to quickly find a professional to fix their car problems.

Job Site for Developers’ MVP

Got a steady 25% conversion rate that included signup, registration, and curation and had over 2,000 curated developers from LATAM after six months.

As a product manager, I defined the value proposition delivery and the core experience for our users consisting of companies and developers. While leading a product team of two developers and a designer, I conducted the UX research, including A/B testings, persona validation, and feedback sessions. I also oversaw user growth, i.e., I worked with users who were developers, from the onboarding experience to the community building.

Newsletter Improvement

Led the consumer newsletter sending system improvement, moving from 2.5 million daily emails in 24 hours to 5 million in 6 hours.

The consumer newsletter was served weekly, including recommendations pre-stored in a database, and the sending process was based on a queuing system. In collaboration with four developers, I defined the new system that included tailored recommendations using Elasticsearch and Kafka to send batch emails.

Homepage and Mobile App Redesign

Led a three-team project and updated the homepage and app's UI to meet the new design system in less than a month.

We updated the homepage, including adding the new features and the design of the consumer Android and iOS applications while working in three teams that included 20 engineers and two designers. As a product manager, I defined the scope and prioritized meeting the deadline. As a project leader, I supervised the delivery and ensured the teams were unblocked and on time.

Event Tickets Authenticity Review Using Blockchain

Delivered an MVP in 45 days to validate event tickets authenticity using Blockchain.

Working in a team of five members, we developed an MVP to help ticket buyers trace the original ticket owners to avoid fraudulent sales. This was a part of the research and development initiative. We used a private blockchain network solution and existing microservices to retrieve item details and a bootstrapped UI/UX to provide the final experience.

Luxury Items Store Using Salary-Backed Loans As Payment Gateway

Led the product strategy definition, product discovery, and delivery of a store that offered users the possibility to get luxury items using their salary as a guarantee for accessible loans with payable monthly installments. We faced challenges, such as defining and aligning the first version, ramping up a new team, adjusting the scope to a hard deadline, and complying with pre-existing legal requirements. We ran a design sprint and delivered the solution, integrating customer support in the process to reduce the friction in the loan request experience during the checkout process.
