Proctoring Capabilities on Talent Acquisition Products
Developed proctoring features for recruiters to see if a candidate is trying to cheat during an exam, providing a fair opportunity to every participant applying for a job.
My job was to create industry-standard features allowing recruiters to track and catch cheating candidates during tests. The ultimate goal was to help them make necessary decisions in the talent acquisition process based on these test insights. I researched and listed the features that would provide value in this scenario. Then, with the help of specific technology, my team created these features, including browser locks, print screen notifications, image captures, face detection, face recognition, suspicious object detection, multiple voice detection, audio and video captures, geolocation tracking, and live proctoring.
Accessibility Support on Talent Acquisition Products
Made industry-standard talent acquisition products accessible so that people with disabilities can take job application tests, ensuring equal opportunities for anyone applying for a job.
Bidirectional Functionality Support on Talent Acquisition Products
Developed a functionality that allows participants to move in any order while taking a test and edit their answers to resubmit them.
Once the strategy was prepared, this functionality was effectively developed to allow participants to move from one question to another, letting them update answers wherever needed. The new solution allowed users to mark questions for review so questions could be revisited and edited. In addition, a review page was created at the end of the test, offering an overview of the number of questions attempted, the questions skipped, and the questions marked for review.
