Our products are a line of robotic automation devices (liquid handlers) that scientists and researchers use to automate the execution of experiments/assays.
Working with customers, engineering, and UX, I re-imagined the capabilities of this software, created a simplified, alternative UI for less-skilled lab technicians, and brought it to market in less than two years. The time frame was remarkable given the extent of legacy code and the highly regulated nature of the market.
