    Octopus is an engagement platform that allows clients to open new revenue streams, improve loyalty, and provide additional customer care using powerful Octopus features.

    Some main features include couponing and loyalty systems, P2P messaging, chatbots, rewarded advertising campaigns, partner benefit management, live proximity targeting, help desk, and more.

  • Virtual MVNO
    Launched the first Serbian MVNO as a lead product manager from the MNO side.

    I led the project from the MNO side as a product manager.

    I managed all of the business- and telco-related aspects for a project involving the launch of the first Serbian MVNO with a partner company. I also implemented virtual SIM services that worked with Android and iOS mobile applications.

  • Prize-winning Programs
    Successfully launched prize-winning programs for 1.5 million subscribers with 30% of them being active players.

    I organized and managed all of the aspects of the launch of prize-winning programs (algorithm, marketing communication, regulatory, technical implementation, sales points, customer service, and more).

    I enabled third-party providers to use the MNO infrastructure in order to offer premium voice services with special pricing for 2+ million users.

    I set the pricing and process for third-party providers so that they can offer premium voice services. I also trained customer service teams and sales to manage customer feedback. Lastly, I also implemented the R&A, fraud, and regulatory processes.

    Led product, design, development, and QA for a content delivery platform launch which has been used by 2 million users.

    As a senior product manager, I analyzed all business processes to detect bottlenecks and possible improvements. I also successfully automated the complete product lifecycle and introducing significant efficiency on the operations side of the business. I then introduced features that improved customer experience, including completely redesigned mobile applications. In addition, I built product workflows, documentation, training materials/demos, mockups, and more.
