I served as a product manager for a hand-held POS device. I managed feature backlog, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy. I also acted as a business analyst for integrating the last mile delivery and returns, coupon management, and loyalty systems.

Quad-play Omnichannel for a UK-based Global Telecom

Led the retail and logistics digital transformation for providing omnichannel experience to the UK customers of a major telecom company.

With nearly 20 million subscribers, the company embarked upon a digital transformation journey to fulfill customer needs of transacting anywhere and anytime. I played multiple roles in the program's lifecycle, from gathering requirements to running prototyping sessions. I managed architecture workshops and designed solutions that impacted telesales agents, retail store associates, eCommerce brand managers, financial accountants, and stock auditors.

Monetization Architect for eCommerce

Led the monetization strategy for eCommerce platform on JioMart.com.

JioMart is India's newest and leading eCommerce platform. With different solutions for B2B (JioMart to retailers), B2C (JioMart to customers), and B2B2C (JioMart to customers via retailers), I was part of the team that addressed the needs of advertising from brands, including global FMCG companies. Delivering a 360-degree view of customers and retailers, I architected multiple marketing solutions based on pure visibility and outcome-based action marketing. Visibility solutions included both physical and digital options, while action-oriented solutions included customer engagement and data-driven tools for brands.

I worked for a 30-year-old full-service discount broking company to assist in their digital journey to become the largest brokerage firm in India. They have six million registered users, two million MAU, and 250,000 DAU. I worked specifically on improving activation time for users using a mix of monetary rewards in the form of cashback as well as simplifying the user journey from eight to five days. I increased customer spending on the platform by introducing a subscription model for users with low activity rates, increasing their propensity to spend by 10% over their first month.
