Working for one of the premier business process outsourcing firms in the UK with major contracts in the private and public sectors, I was responsible for delivery assurance on a major contact center outsourcing contract for a major UK airline as the business architect based within the transformation delivery excellence function. I worked alongside the bid/sales team, contact center management divisional directors, and the solution director to develop enterprise architecture collateral to support the scoping, definition, budgeting, and governance of four transition and transformation programs.

The project was commissioned to deliver enhancements to the existing customer sales journey to deliver higher conversion rates for new mobile phone contracts signups.

Delivered the consolidation, re-platforming, and mobile optimization of the customer-facing website for BBC TV Licensing.
Founded in 1922, the BBC is one of the most valuable brands of British origin. As an iconic brand and global leader, BBC has been at the forefront of quality TV programming and broadcasting for the last 94 years. BBC TV Licensing is the principal revenue generation arm of the BBC responsible for the collection of TV licensing fees in excess of £3.2 billion each year. As the business architect within the architecture team, i was responsible for the definition of business architecture to effectively support business strategy to modernize the license fee, achieve PCI compliance for the payment systems, and implement a technology refresh across the TV licensing enterprise specifically for the CRM solution for the call center and enhancements to BBC iPlayer.
