We encountered challenges when transitioning from the Waterfall to Scrum methodology and Agile practices for an Agile Implementation project. Tasks involved mapping work onto a new platform and conducting comprehensive training sessions for all team members.

I implemented Scrum values and ceremonies. I also led the migration and implementation of Azure DevOps, including ceremonies, new Agile KPIs, and a new way of working for the new structure, redefining the backlog structure and workflow across teams.

Enhanced governance, traceability, and cross-team collaboration, leading to 20–30% increased sprint predictability, 15–25% velocity boost, and a 25–35% reduction in cycle time.

Embarking on the creation of a new fintech bank app for the US market, the project aimed to integrate both legacy and new services seamlessly. However, complications arose when the chosen PIN supplier failed to align with existing services, leading to discrepancies from established standards.

I collaborated with the supplier and client to streamline services, identifying elements for removal or replacement to enhance efficiency and meet delivery deadlines. I also formulated a comprehensive plan outlining realistic timelines and deliverables for Phase 1, with external services slated for Phase 2.

Enhanced and standardized service development, leading to a successful launch among friends and family and prompting the team’s rehiring for Phase 2, extending the project and generating increased profits for the company (Novopayment).

I was tasked with launching the Samsung Pay app in Mexico and synchronizing our infrastructure with various banks to facilitate card enrollment within our platform. This integration allows cardholders to seamlessly add their cards to the application and initiate transactions utilizing NFC and MST technologies on Samsung phones and in-store TPVs.

As a product delivery manager, I was in contact with various banks to enroll cards and with our leading supplier, Master, to ensure tokenization was accurate and that cards could be enrolled with the specific parameters for each bank. We implement a few workflows to ensure the process at each bank is done correctly every time.

Launched Samsung Pay in Mexico with extensive bank support. Additional banks joined the project, facilitating the adaptation process. Increased bank participation enhanced the card enrollment process, leading to a surge in end-user registrations.
